3. Booking and Cancellation Policy

3.1 Course Bookings: Course bookings can be made through our Website, via email, or by phone. A booking is not confirmed until you have received a confirmation email from us and any required deposit has been paid.

3.2 Deposits: A 50% deposit is required to secure your place on a course. The remaining balance is due 7 days before the course start date.

3.3 Cancellations: If you need to cancel your booking, please notify us as soon as possible:

• Cancellations made more than 7 days before the course start date: Full refund or option to reschedule
• Cancellations made within 7 days of the course start date: 50% refund or option to reschedule once at no additional cost
• No-shows without prior notification: No refund

3.4 Course Rescheduling: If we need to reschedule a course due to unforeseen circumstances, we will offer you the option to attend the rescheduled date or receive a full refund.

4. Intellectual Property

4.1 Website Content: The content on our Website, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, course materials, and software, is the property of wristmydrainea or our content suppliers and is protected by New Zealand and international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
